How do I change the card used to bill my recurring services?

Follow these steps to change the billing or payment information for any of your recurring services at any time:

  1. Go to your My Account Page at You will need to either login (or register first).

  2. Click on the "My Services" link and then click on "Update My Billing".

  3. Complete the secure form and submit it.

We will contact you within one business day to let you know that your billing information has been updated.  You can submit a new form for each recurring service that needs to be updated.
