Common User Issues

I'm locked out! I requested liveSite e-mail me my password but I never got it.

If you click on "forgot password" link, liveSite will reset your password and email you a new temporary password to allow you to get into liveSite and set your password to something of your choosing.

If you don't get the email from liveSite then here are the things to check out:

1) Make sure the email from liveSite is not in your spam folder or blocked by your email service provider. If you have already received other emails from liveSite, then this is probably not the issue.

2) Make sure that your hosting provider where liveSite is installed has PHP Mailer enabled for your account so liveSite can send email from your server. If you have already received other emails from liveSite, then this is probably not the issue.

3) If you still can't login, you can go into your liveSite database using a tool like PHPMyAdmin which is probably available within your hosting provider's control panel and run the following SQL command:

insert into user (user_username, user_email, user_password, user_role) values ('username', 'e-mail address', md5('password'), 0);

Replace the bold text with your own information.
